Worked on AI-powered experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot, exploring how people could use AI to make complex work easier. I got to dig into user needs, identify valuable workflows, and work closely with PMs and engineers to shape what we should build next. One of the experiences I worked on reached 10,000+ uses within its first 8 days of internal launch.

Got to work as a PM at a fast-growing AI startup, where I had the opportunity to get hands-on with both product and growth. I used user and waitlist data to understand where people were dropping off, helped redesign the referral experience, and worked closely with engineers, marketers, and designers to turn those insights into product changes.

Built diagnostic tools to help engineers better understand and resolve critical search issues affecting customers. This experience taught me a lot about turning complex technical information into something actionable and thinking carefully about which information actually helps someone solve a problem.

My first real introduction to product management! I analyzed customer escalation patterns to understand which search problems were having the biggest impact, then worked with engineering teams to design diagnostic solutions. The work ultimately helped reduce escalation resolution time by 40% overall and 60% for under-recall issues.
